Redesign a set of email templates to align with a brand refresh
My brief was to refresh a set of email templates across a number of digital campaigns. The campaigns were pushing subscriptions via the website so all actionable items (CTAs) had to be accessible. The look and feel of the product had to align with the brand refresh - less clutter with more focus on content.
Using research from link tracking and analytics the project team we were able to determine how many visitors actually 'clicked through' to the website. This was key when organising and laying out the pages for the different campaigns.
I worked closely with the Creative Director to create some initial wireframes. With sign off from the various lines of business, I could then work on finalising the visual design.
The designs were used for the Welcome campaign. They led the user from the initial intro to Deezer through to artists of the week emails, some of which were based on users preferred genres.
