Redesign a set of email templates to align with a brand refresh.
My brief was to refresh a set of email templates for a number of digital campaigns. The campaigns were pushing subscriptions via the website so all actionable items (CTAs) had to be accessible.
Using link tracking and analytics we were able to determine how many visitors actually 'clicked through' to the website. This was key when organising and laying out the pages for the different campaigns.
After wireframing, we user tested the preferred prototypes before finalising the approach.
The overall look and feel of the products had to be less cluttered with more focus on content. They had to be responsive across small, medium and large screens.
The designs were used for the Welcome campaign. They led the user from the initial intro to Deezer through to artists of the week emails, some of which were based on users preferred genres.
